Environment Social and Governance (ESG) Policy of Bizbell Ventures

Policy Statement:

We are committed to promoting sustainable infrastructure development and investments contributing to communities’ well-being and protection of the environment. Our Environment Social and Governance Policy outlines our approach to incorporating environmental and social considerations into our investment decisions and operations. We strive to create positive impacts while mitigating potential adverse effects. This policy applies to all our activities, investments, and projects.

1. Environmental Sustainability

  • Establish firm Good Governance and Accountability
  • Promote open and transparent decision making
  • Provision Effective Grievance Redressing Mechanism

4. Stakeholder Accountability

  • Continuous Stakeholder Engagement
  • Establish Culturally appropriate, timely, adequate and effective communication mechanism
  • Appropriate mechanism of Stakeholder Engagement in Decision-making.

5. Continous Improvement

  • Periodic Monitoring and Evaluation of ESG policy implementation.
  • Review and enhance the ESG policy and guidelines.
  • Provide training and capacity-building programs for the employees and concerned stakeholders.
